How to Read Kroger Receipt

If you have ever looked at your Kroger receipt and seen different confusing codes like “MC” or “SC”, you are not alone. Understanding the Kroger receipt codes is tough, especially because they don’t have any indication to tell you what they mean.

I broke down exactly how to read your Kroger receipt. Below are the different meanings behind what is featured on your receipt.

Kroger Receipt Code Code Meaning Description
MC Manufacturer’s Coupon This is a coupon that was provided by the creator/manufacturer of the product
SC Store Coupon This is a coupon that Kroger has provided for a certain product
MO Modus Operandi This is your method of payment (Credit, Debit, Cash, etc.)

TC Transaction Code A unique code to identify your purchases

Can I See My Kroger Receipt Online?

Yes, any customer with a Kroger account can view their receipts online. In other words, if you need a digital copy of your Kroger coupon, all you need to do is login and view your recent purchases.

How To View Your Kroger Receipt Online

Below are the few simple steps you need to take to view your online Kroger receipt.

  1. Go to www.kroger.com/mypurchases
  2. Login with your email address and password
  3. Browse through your recent purchases
  4. Find your receipt

It is quite simple to find your Kroger receipt online. There is an entire section of their website dedicated to logging your purchase information. From what I understand, you can view your purchases since the inception of your account.

In other words, your purchase history will not disappear, so you will be able to view your online receipts from any previous dates.

Can Kroger Look Up Receipts For You?

Yes, Kroger can look up your receipts for you. Once you are able to provide them with your loyalty card ID or your associated credit/debit card, they will be able to look up your receipt for you.

This means that you can go to the customer service desk at your local Kroger and look through your previous purchases.

Something to note is that if you don’t have a loyalty card and used cash, you may not be able to view your receipt. Because Kroger can only track your purchases either through your loyalty card or credit/debit card, they will not be able to track your purchases if you just used cash.

Can Kroger Reprint a Receipt?

According to the customer service representative, Kroger is able to send copies of your receipts for you.

If you can either provide your loyalty card number or the credit/debit information, then they will be able to track your purchases and provide you with your receipt.

Something to note is that they can only do this for purchases made within the past 28 days. They will not be able to look up receipts that are older than 28 days.
